* When the goods are delivered, please check their functionality immediately.
1) Every item will be fully checked and inspect to make sure all parts function well before shipment released, the guarantee provided within the testing period:
5 days for game pcb
10 days for used machine
30 days for new made machine and spare part
2) All claim must be made in writing with picture attached within the mentioned testing period in case any trouble. We will respond for part replacement, product exchanged, but no refund policy, and the back and forth shipping cost are borne by the buyer. We will fully help with the technical support after the testing period.
3) The testing period calculated from the arrival days. Specify product's warranty period at merchandise section will be difference, please refer to its product details or notes.
4) No liability on the shipment loss, damage, or delay. Once the shipment released to the forwarder, courier, express, shipping company, we will not liable for loss, damage, shortage, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, or failure to provide information in connection with the shipment from the shipping company, caused by events we cannot control it.
5) We highly recommend "insurance service" to cover buy's benefit on the shipment transaction. Please contact our salesman for details.
6) We do not offer refunds.
